Enrique Pérez is a Food Processing Engineer from Mexico, prior to be drawn to chocolate he worked for 12 years in New Product Development & Quality Assurance for Food & Beverage companies in Mexico and USA.

He is the Co-Founder of CUNA DE PIEDRA, a 100% Mexican Bean-to-Bar chocolate company that aims to raise the quality of life of everyone involved in the process, from those who grow and harvest the land, to those who consume their bars.
