Bean to Bar to Dessert

Bean to bar to dessert: using the cacao bean’s multidimensional flavor to create a composed plate. Angela Pinkerton, James Beard award winning Pastry Chef, has spent years working with every aspect of cocoa. In this demo she will show the creation of a dessert plate out of the all of the various tasty parts of the cocoa pod.
